Occupying the entire level 55 and 56 at ION Sky, our Grand Champagne Brunch offers an indulgent sky-high experience like no other.
Enjoy free flow champagnes, wines and cocktails as 1-Group’s signature restaurants come together to create a sumptuous buffet spread. Highlights include a ‘seafood spectacular’ of half lobsters, live oyster shucking, whole blue fin tuna cutting and much more.
