Sip & Savour Cocktail Festival returns from 24 February to 31 March, bringing bold flavours, creative pours, and globally inspired cocktails across our venues. This year’s theme, A World in Every Glass, celebrates inventive mixology and spirited experiences — crafted to take you on a journey with every sip.
The Featured Pour at Wildseed: Garden Bloom
A floral, effervescent pour that truly lives up to its name. Built on Hendrick’s Flora Adora Gin, it blossoms with honeyed rose and bright pink grapefruit, finished with a refreshing sparkle — light, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
The Grand Finale at The Riverhouse
The festival culminates in one electrifying night at The Riverhouse on Friday, 27 March.
Expect world-inspired cocktail booths, live DJ sets, bite-sized masterclasses and high-energy afterparty vibes.
